Dr. Richard A. Stein

Dr. Richard A. Stein is the Director of Preventive Cardiology at Beth Israel Hospital, Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, and the founder and co-director of the Cardiac Rehab Program at the 92nd Street Y in New York City.   A longstanding National Media Spokesperson for the American Heart Association, Dr. Stein has published over 65 articles and chapters in professional publications, and is a recipient of the U.S. National Institutes of Health's Preventive Cardiology Academic Award.  He is co-editor, along with Dr. Mehmet Oz, of Complementary Cardiovascular Medecine.  Dr. Stein lives in the New York City area.
